And added her on the wall to celebrate the beginning of her new journey.
IT’S HER TURN NOW.
THE NEXT FEW WEEKS WILL BE EXTREMELY INTENSE FOR HER BECAUSE SHE WILL BE OPERATING ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LEVEL AND CHANGING HER HABITS/ROUTINE.
But she knows that.
She would have signed up for it otherwise.
And she’s ready.

Tess doesn’t really have anything in place right now – she basically started to create and list some weight loss PLR ebooks on Etsy and her Stan store a few months ago but no sales yet.
THIS IS ABOUT TO CHANGE.
We aren’t going to sell ‘weight loss’ digital products anymore.
PEOPLE DON’T BUY PRODUCTS.
THEY WANT RESULTS.
THEY WANT SHORTCUTS.
EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND DONE DIFFERENTLY.
And it starts from understanding the exact transformation we’re going to be known for.
I immediately knew the massive potential when reading her story – shared in her self-assessment.
She lost about 20kg by changing the way she ate – following the same simple meal plan each month that was easy to stick to – and doing quick, no-equipment workouts at home every day. (I'm so IN for this, I've lost 13kg so far myself too by following a calorie deficit diet and intermittent fasting 😬)
That’s what EVERYTHING will be built on...
She will be known for helping women go from feeling stuck and tired in their body to losing up to 20kg and building habits/a new routine that last the same way as she did — by changing how they eat every day and following an easy daily movement routine through a simple 2-step system packed with her tips, tools, meal plans and trackers.

I can see her with a wall full of stickers with their names on it too for her to celebrate her members when they join...
I can already see her celebrating their wins... winning with them!!!!

I'm still here, late but full of adrenaline, working on the outline of her high ticket offer so she will simply have to add her own tips and content to it.
She can also have access to our 30K+ Digital Products Library – full of cohesive ready-to-rebrand/resell digital products for her to use as a strong base to save time creating her own. (niche spreadsheets, trackers, tools, etc.)
I will outline her sales page elements to make sure it converts...
Will also ask her to create a specific lead magnet (FREE digital product) for her to collect email addresses when ppl lands on it – the right one that give people a sneak peek of her full system.
I will also give her all the automations she needs to put in place.
We will also personalise the exact email storytelling framework she will NEED to use.
The same one I'm using myself to show who I am, what I do, and how I take each of my members to where I want them to go.
So she can build trust, explain how her system works and how it can help them... and make her offer the obvious next move – WITHOUT SELLING ANYTHING.
We haven't YET finalised everything.
We're still undergoing a deep Etsy market research. I will be asking her to recreate specific listings that are going viral right now in HER specific niche.
I will walk her through each step of the full optimisation process so she knows exactly what to do and how to do it – and how to OUTWORK her competitors from day ONE...
It’s not luck.
