I know life can get so busy and sometimes, very unpredictable... but I hope you've been able to set aside some time – even if it is just a few hours after work or when the kids are sleeping – to work on your future.
To execute your plans.
Today's been personally really busy for me between new 30K+ Starter Forms we received overnight, catching up on some 1:1 member support, and crafting a personalised plan for a new member that just joined the crew... 🔥
Busy, but productive.
And no complaining. The busier I get, the more adrenaline I feel.
It was another day of turning what we know into impact and sales and scaling towards £30K/month – by implementing the same system that personally brought me £1.6M in so far...
And March is off to a powerful start – £1,500+ in high-ticket sales and an add-on already for me...
To get this offer in front of the right audience – the ones who are actively looking for a solution – I continue to leverage Etsy bestsellers and social media storytelling.
And my Etsy store has again generated 60+ sales in the last two days, with even more leads flowing in from social media.
But this isn’t just about me.
This is our mission.
IT'S ABOUT US AS A WHOLE.
AS A PACK.
AS A TEAM.
I'm leading the way, proving what’s possible BUT bringing anyone who truly wants financial and time freedom along with us on the same journey too.
Because once you have the right plan, it’s just a matter of showing up and executing what you're supposed to execute.
Today, a new member – Daisy – officially joined in!
I worked on her step-by-step business plan – for her to turn her beauty salon business tips into a course that sells – using the exact same system that I’m executing myself for 2 years and I can't wait for her to start executing it all – a step at a time!
Let me share what we worked on so you can get inspired too...
0️⃣ HER BACKGROUND:
Daisy has been in the beauty and salon industry for years but never turned all that experience into a digital offer that could help other business owners. She knew she had valuable tips to share — like how to run a salon, attract clients, and automate operations — but she struggled to know if she could turn this into something she could sell online. We’ve fixed that now!
1️⃣ THE PROBLEM SHE SOLVES:
After going through her self-assessment form and undergoing some market research, we discovered that the main problem salon owners face the most is inconsistent bookings, last-minute cancellations, and struggling to attract high-paying, repeat clients.
They’re literally overwhelmed, stuck in a cycle of managing clients manually, and often underpricing their services just to stay afloat.
This is where Daisy comes.
She will now be known for helping salon owners get fully booked, save time, and grow to £10K+ months.
2️⃣ HER MAIN OFFER + SALES FUNNEL:
Now that we know the problem, she needs to offer the right solution.
So I’m asking her to create: The Fully Booked Salon System – and this could be a 90-day step-by-step program designed to help salon owners automate their process and create consistent £10K+ months.
We want this program to be a complete system that actually gets results, not just a course, so we will include booking, scheduling, pricing and marketing strategies.
3️⃣ HER SALES SYSTEM:
Now, this program needs to reach the right salon owners who need it.
We will first use Etsy. Etsy can quickly become a money-making machine when done and optimised properly. I showed her how to list simple, in-demand existing bestselling digital tools — like salon planners, booking templates, and social media kits – and how to steal the traffic and scales from other competitors by applying my 'perfect match' method... BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT TO DO NEW BUT TAKE WHAT WORKS AND DO BETTER.
I have listed all the Etsy digital products salon owners are already searching for and purchasing. This builds trust, attracts the right buyers, and turns them into leads for her main offer.
Once we get consistent sales from Etsy, we can move onto social media.
We will then scale this across all platforms using the exact system I follow to turn content into sales daily. I also gave Daisy her personalised clear, step-by-step storyselling content framework – so she always knows what to post and when. She’ll start by sharing her journey, then show some transformations procress, and guide them to sign up with simple, direct Call to action.
